We stayed at a hotel in a great location close to a famous landmark and train network. the views from our room were breathtaking, especially from the pool area. We also appreciated the complementary bakery downstairs and reliable WiFi service.

The hotel was not without its downsides. the laundry service was way too expensive, and the buffet at dinner was always crowded beyond capacity, with us getting turned away multiple times.

Staying here was a treat! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. I appreciated the great service and the room amenities. The rooftop pool was an added bonus - a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and always helpful. I also enjoyed the good selection of food available. The room at Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre was so cozy and modern. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary Internet was a lifesaver for keeping the kids entertained.

Personally, I found the rainshower a bit too strong, but that's just my preference.

This hotel has it all! Great value for money, superb location right in the centre of the city with a stunning view of the towers from the room and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with mouth-watering croissants and other sweet treats to start your day off right.
