We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in Icon City was perfect as there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the hip and cool shops nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-stocked mini bar that had delicious coffee and tea packets. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the excellent room service and the strong Wi-Fi signal. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a modern and slightly trendy hotel. Its convenient location near the industrial area made it an ideal choice for business travelers like myself. Being near the highway allowed for easy access to different parts of the city, while the nearby restaurants and nice bars provided ample dining options after a long day of work. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the bridge and highway made it a convenient choice for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains ensuring a good night's rest.

The lack of customer service. While the check-in process was quick and efficient, there was minimal interaction with the staff.

During my romantic escape in mainland Penang, I appreciated how the hotel’s location was close to a variety of restaurants and spas. It made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. the rooms were well maintained and the bed was comfy. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided which had sufficient options to choose from.

Our room was not cleaned to our satisfaction upon arrival and we had to request for housekeeping to clean it. This was not how we wanted to start our romantic getaway.
