I recently stayed at Imperial Heritage Hotel for a short holiday getaway. The check-in process was a bit slow due to the holiday season, but the staff made up for it with their considerate and informative service. Despite requesting different types of rooms on separate levels, we were pleasantly surprised to find neighboring rooms on the same floor. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view of the city. The real highlight though was the breakfast. They served a delicious variety of both Western and Malaysian dishes, including the must-try Asam Pedas. Definitely worth every penny!

The value for money at this hotel was great, with spacious and clean rooms that offered a beautiful view of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, from the concierge to the security guards, and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay.

The staff is friendly and provides good service. The rooms are spacious with basic amenities and a simple kitchenette, although some of them may not be well-maintained. Breakfast offers delicious Malaysian cuisine with options like Prata's and omelettes, while providing a fantastic view of the Melaka town.

Parking facilities may be limited and difficult to navigate for big cars.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, providing easy access to shopping malls and tourist attractions. You'll love the large and well-equipped rooms, with comfortable beds, and a great view. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious foods. You can expect excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff.

The elevators are sometimes crowded but still manageable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, situated right at the centre of the city. The staff were giving an excellent service in explaining upon check-in. The leisure facilities were fantastic, including a swimming pool, exercise gym and spa & wellness centre. The room amenities provided such as an in-room safe, mini-bar and air conditioning made our stay enhanced comfort. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception and security were great added bonuses.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Plus, the hotel had a rooftop bar which was a fun and enjoyable experience.

My positive experience was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. the bedding had visible stains and the room had an unpleasant odor.
