Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring famous attractions such as KLCC, Aquaria, Pavillion, and Bukit Bintang. It is also situated opposite the Grand Hyatt and near the Mandarin Oriental. Guests can easily access KLCC park via the skybridge. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with a wonderful king-size bed. The hotel provides mineral water for the entire stay, and the staff at the concierge and bell boy are incredibly kind and helpful.

The breakfast options may not cater well to Western palates.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, as it's right in the heart of the city center, so we were within walking distance of all the shopping areas and Monorail station. The bathroom is in need of a deep clean; a previous guest even found hair in their bathtub.
