The rooms are spacious, comfortable with great views of the city and Petronas Towers. The staff are friendly and attentive, and guests can enjoy quality breakfast with a good variety of items served.

It is also situated opposite the Grand Hyatt and near the Mandarin Oriental. Guests can easily access KLCC park via the skybridge. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with a wonderful king-size bed. The hotel provides mineral water for the entire stay, and the staff at the concierge and bell boy are incredibly kind and helpful.

The breakfast options may not cater well to Western palates.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, as it's right in the heart of the city center, so we were within walking distance of all the shopping areas and Monorail station. The bathroom is in need of a deep clean; a previous guest even found hair in their bathtub.

I also appreciated the hotel's location - it was easy to walk to nearby attractions and the pedestrian walkway made getting around a breeze. the complementary doctor appointment and currency exchange services were helpful.

While my stay was enjoyable overall, there were some minor issues. the check-in process took longer than expected and the room I was given faced the parking garage and didn't have much natural light.
