Our stay at 303 Bnb was a delightful experience. Kim, our exceptional host, provided us with a wealth of local information and recommendations. The eclectic decor and unique color-themed rooms added a special touch to the home. We particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness room and the game room for socializing with other guests. Additionally, the location on a quiet residential street, within walking distance of town, made it convenient for exploring Flagstaff. The breakfasts prepared by Kim were exceptional, with attention to dietary restrictions and delicious omelets served in crepes. we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend 303 Bnb to friends.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a range of amenities such as a large TV, coffee maker, and robes. The breakfast served by the friendly host was delicious and filling, with options like avocado toast, fresh fruit, and egg casserole. The location was also ideal, situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

One road leading to the hotel had a deep drainage, which could be problematic for low-slung cars. However, apart from this minor inconvenience, there were no other negative aspects to our stay.

A pleasant surprise with exceptional host, lots of common space, and well-equipped fitness room. Great local information, recommended Walnut Creek Canyon and LaPosada for a lovely stay. The host was responsive, provided breakfast to-go, and even did something special for our upcoming anniversary. Comfy beds and fun decor with each room having a color theme.

We had an amazing stay at this Bnb! The host, Kim, was exceptional and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were beautifully decorated with unique color themes. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a well-equipped fitness room and a fun adult game room. The breakfasts were delicious, with different hot options each day. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great local recommendations. No negatives from this place.
