Their level of service and attention exceeded our expectations, making us feel truly at home. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The central location of the hotel was also a major plus.

My first stay at Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre was quite pleasant. the staff were wonderful, always offering help and guidance. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the bathroom was humongous, bright, and dry. the hotel's location is great, close to nearby malls and eateries. the variety and deliciousness of the breakfast were impressive. the wifi speed and connectivity were good. the aircon was icy cold and strong. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

I had a great value for my money at Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub to relax in. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main shopping areas and attractions. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

I recently stayed at Hotel Istana for a week during my visit to Kuala Lumpur. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance to the shopping area and nightlife. The swimming pool was just the right size and I enjoyed both tanning and swimming there. The breakfast at the hotel was also quite good, I would rate it 7.5 out of 10. Additionally, the size of the room was very spacious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the convenient location near shopping malls and the twin towers, the cleanliness of the room, the friendly and helpful staff, and the delicious breakfast with many choices. The hotel is adjacent to Pavilion Shopping Mall and close to the Bukit Bintang area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the spacious rooms and free parking. Special mention to Chef Tharmaseelan at the omelette counter for his great service. this hotel is perfect for families and offers excellent value for money.
