Enjoyable stay, hospitable staff, beautifully decorated mansion, well-maintained. Good breakfast, firm bed, spacious suite with lovely furnishings. Shared table facilitates conversations, friendly and helpful staff. Smart TV for movies, excellent food at local restaurants, close to old town and bus stops. Quiet location, pool was enjoyable. Would happily return for more time in Penang.

We had a fantastic stay at this mansion in the heart of the city center. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the beautifully decorated rooms and the refreshing swimming pool. The staff went above and beyond, offering us cold water and ensuring our needs were met. The location was perfect, being near to the mosque and in a very desirable area. It was also a short walk to catch a bus or visit areas of interest. The breakfast provided was great, and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel.

the staff at the hotel, Jawi Mansion, were exceptional and made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had separate toilet and shower facilities. the daily housekeeping service kept the room in tip-top condition, and there was always complimentary drinking water available. the air conditioning provided a refreshing respite after a long day of exploring the nearby sights. the convenient location meant that everything was within walking distance, but if I needed to travel further, Grab taxis were easily accessible and affordable. Jawi Mansion exceeded my expectations and I would definitely choose to stay there again on my next visit to Penang.

With its unique architecture and design, every inch of the hotel is stunning. The staff go above and beyond in providing exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, and the spacious rooms are tastefully furnished.

Finding parking can be a challenge.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was perfect, just as advertised, and the hotel had a great ambience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that they had a common pantry area with a water dispenser and freezer stocked with aiskrim potong. There were also tables and seating area outside the room. The hotel's location was ideal, being a wee bit outside the busy district but still close to many eateries in the center of the town.
