We stayed at Le Mas des Carassins and felt like we had stumbled into a French fairy tale! With expansive, gorgeous gardens filled with fountains and art, the atmosphere was serene. Breakfast was a delightful feast of fresh fruits, cheese, and pastries—like a buffet fit for royalty. Each evening, dining under the stars was simply magical, with Chef Ivan's inventive menus that made every dish sing. It was the kind of place where you’d expect to see Van Gogh painting in the garden!

No elevators for heavy bags.

Waking up to a fantastic breakfast spread was a highlight—homemade jams, and fresh pastries made every morning special. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring our dining experiences were unforgettable.

However, be prepared for the stairs if you're on the first floor, as there are no elevators. The air conditioning could use an upgrade as well—it was quite noisy during the night.

The grounds are gorgeous with two outdoor pools and plenty of fountains and sculptures nestled among the gardens. Dinners served al fresco beneath the stars are a highlight, showcasing inventive menus and an excellent selection of local wines, perfect for a memorable evening outdoors.

Air conditioning in the La Jasse room is noisy and could use an upgrade, making it harder to sleep. Additionally, the absence of elevators means dragging heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs might be an inconvenience for some guests, and the fixed dinner menu could benefit from lighter options for those who want variety.

We enjoyed the cozy and charming room. The lovely grounds felt like a little oasis! Cleanliness was on point, which is always a blessing. Can't wait to go back for another dose of that comfort!

mas des carassins is in a fantastic location, close to les baux and st remy, yet tucked away in peaceful countryside. the room was great, especially the lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. dinner was a highlight, with a delicious 3-course meal and plenty of options at breakfast. the outdoor pool is perfect for a relaxing day!
