The location is excellent, just a short walk from key landmarks like Christ Church and Jonker Street, with convenient access to transportation. the owner, Ms. Norma, was incredibly helpful and friendly, even providing a delicious breakfast and a ride to Malacca Sentral. I particularly appreciated the water filter machine and the warm atmosphere at the guesthouse. Nearby attractions like the Orangutan House and Saint Francis Xavier Church added to the family bonding experience, making it a memorable stay despite minor inconveniences with facilities like limited bathroom availability and small lockers.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. On my first night, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a double bed, just like hitting the hotel jackpot! the comfort of the bed made me sleep like a baby, uninterrupted and blissful throughout the night. the privacy of the pods felt like having my own cozy cocoon in a bustling city. With keycard access and a personal locker, safety here was top-notch. the location couldn't have been more perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the lively Dutch Square, riverside serenity, and the vibrant Jonker Street night market. it felt like a home away from home, but with added charm and adventure.

the joka-joka guesthouse is always shiny clean. it's super close to the anglican christ church and victoria fountain. the owner - ms norma - was incredibly sweet and even gave us breakfast nasi goreng when we checked out. her helpfulness made our stay extra special.
