my stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. the central location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. i was pleasantly surprised by how jonkered heritage exceeded my expectations. highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel in the heart of everything. Jonkered Heritage Hotel had a stunning, cozy interior, and our room was incredibly comfortable. We loved the added convenience of USB chargers on the headboards. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Plus, the nearby parking made it hassle-free to explore the area without worrying about driving. Highly recommended for a 5-star experience.

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the fantastic location and the cleanliness. The hotel was situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from all the popular attractions. We loved being able to explore the city easily without having to rely on transportation. the hotel was spotlessly clean, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. We appreciated the efforts made by the housekeeping staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas.

Worst aspects of our experience were the lack of sound isolation and the absence of parking facilities. The soundproofing in the hotel was extremely poor, and we could hear even the faintest of noises from the neighboring rooms.

The room was spacious and the bed was large, perfect for our family with a baby. the location couldn't have been better, with plenty of eateries and attractions within walking distance.

There was some noise from the busy street outside, especially in the evenings and mornings. Although we reported a few ants in the room, we hope the issue has been resolved.

I recently stayed at the Jonkered Heritage in Malacca for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of the red colonial area and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Groceries and money exchange were conveniently located right next door, and I appreciated the presence of a vent in the bathroom. The staff, especially the receptionist and the Chinese guy, were extremely polite and helpful. it was a great experience, and I would definitely book this hotel again for my next visit.

I had a great time staying at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action in Malacca. I was able to easily explore the town on foot, with popular attractions like Dataran Pahlawan and Jonker Walk just a short walk away. The rooms were nice and had everything I needed, including a fridge and safety box. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and there was even a lift in the hotel. The staff, especially Dayah at reception, were incredibly helpful and provided guidance on where to park my car. Despite the lack of hotel parking, Dayah sent me the location of a nearby and affordable parking lot through WhatsApp. Plus, having a 7-Eleven next to the hotel was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, great location, and comfortable rooms.

Drawbacks: The only downside I experienced was that the bed was a bit stiff, but it didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.

The location is right in the centre of everything, so you won't have to do a lot of driving. The nearby parking is also a big help. it's a great value for money and a place I would definitely come back to.
