Excellent hotel with stunning sea views. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The pool area was relaxing and the pool size was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of dishes and the food tasted delicious. The staff, especially Rodney O'Brien, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the spacious and comfortable twin room with huge beds. The bathroom with separate shower and bath was a plus, and the high-end toiletries were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was a highlight of our stay. The pool area was large enough to accommodate all guests and the sunset views from the lounge on level 12 were amazing. The staff went above and beyond, resolving a check-in problem quickly and providing friendly service throughout our stay. On-site discounts for SPG members were also a bonus.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the night market and with plenty of restaurants just across the road facing the sea. It is a great base for exploring the city, with many touristic places within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the service is extraordinary, with attentive and kind staff who even made special efforts for my birthday. The breakfast was delicious and the poolside bar was a nice place to unwind.

One negative aspect was the renovation work being carried out during our stay, which affected the seating and sunbathing areas as well as the children's pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given blue towels and water for our day trip without any hesitation. the Executive Lounge was excellent, and the stunning sea view from our room left us breathless.

Our tranquillity was disturbed by the renovation works which started early in the morning. the dirty windows left a bit of frustration, and the pool did not have a sea view due to poorly managed trees.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel in a comfortable and modern room. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location was excellent for exploring the city and visiting the local markets. Just across the road is the waterfront where we found the Filipino market and salted fish market, perfect for some shopping. We were also close to a range of malls and F&B outlets. The breakfast was lovely and the view from our room was gorgeous.

The food and drinks were overpriced and the quality was mediocre.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt pampered. the Spa & wellness center was a tranquil oasis. the full body massage left me feeling rejuvenated, and the steam room and sauna were an added bonus. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, with comfy sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. the room was elegantly decorated, with exclusive advantages such as in-room breakfast and a private terrace with a sun terrace.

The only minor issue was the lack of entertainment options in the leisure/ TV room. this hotel fulfilled all my needs and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and exclusive stay.

The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make our honeymoon trip unforgettable. The service was exceptional, and they even allowed us a late check-out. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop bar and the pool.
