Check-in was quick and easy. the comfy bed was a definite plus after a long day. Free coffee was a nice touch. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to access nearby attractions.

The sliding bathroom door didn't lock, causing inconvenience, especially with kids. the pool was too cold for an enjoyable swim.

My New Year experience was great. the staff was super kind and gave quick service, the bed was really comfortable, and the coffee was absolutely free. One of the best things about the hotel was its great location, as it was close to many great restaurants and shopping for souvenirs.

Despite a comfortable room, there were some aspects that fell short. the sliding bathroom door, which failed to lock, was quite inconvenient for our toddler who kept trying to open it.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the bed in the room was comfortable. They also offered free coffee, which was a nice perk. However, the bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't lock, making it difficult to keep my one-year-old from constantly trying to open it. The pool was too cold for the kids to swim, and the air conditioning system in both our initial and second room malfunctioned, blowing cold air constantly. the breakfast was not included in the room price, which seemed unfair considering the already high cost of the stay. I expected better functionality and value for the price paid at this hotel.
