During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary bowl of fruits and the goodnight wishes from the staff. The hotel's location was also convenient with ample parking space available. the bed was luxurious and comfortable, allowing me to have a good sleep.

There was a strong smell of food or oil in my room, which was unpleasant. It seemed to come from the kitchen or air vent.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that catered to my every need. The staff was attentive and fulfilled my requests promptly. The room was spacious, with plush bedding and high-quality toiletries. The Sun terrace and Garden area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.

The only minor issue I had during my stay was the lack of vegetarian options at the Snack bar. However, this was quickly resolved by the staff who provided me with a customized meal.

Being in the Jonker Street area, I was surrounded by vibrant shops, delicious food stalls, and a lively night market. The hotel itself was nestled in an enclosed area, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling streets. The room was beautifully designed, with attention to detail and top-notch amenities, such as L'Occitane toiletries and quality towels. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with warm welcomes and helpful explanations. They were always polite and friendly, attentive to every request. Moreover, the breakfast featured a variety of options to cater to different tastes and preferences. it was a delightful experience to stay in such a unique and authentic hotel.

The only downside I found was the occasional traffic jam and road block around the area, which could make it a bit challenging to travel back to the hotel during busy weekends.

We were so lucky to find this beautiful and unique hotel during our stay in Melaka. The atmosphere was lovely and the interior design was stunning. The bed linen was crisp and fresh, and the range of pillows provided was impressive. We even had a lovely balcony garden with our room. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the turn down service each night was a special touch. We also appreciated the complementary food and drink items, as well as the free coffee and snacks available throughout the day. we had a fantastic experience at Liu Men Melaka and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Liu Men was incredible. The boutique hotel was just a short walk away from the city's attractions, yet felt tucked away from the hustle and bustle. En Izhar and his team provided great hospitality and paid attention to our every need. We loved the personalized welcome note, evening turn down service with little treats, and the extremely comfortable bed in our Jebat room. The tasteful and classy decor throughout the property added to the overall charm. The complimentary snacks and mineral water in the room were a nice bonus. The hotel's design was unique and the staff were very friendly. It was also convenient to have complimentary parking at the back of the hotel.
