During my recent stay at Grand Darul Makmur Hotel, I had a great experience with the bell boy who assisted us with our luggage. He was helpful and attentive, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's technicians were prompt in addressing maintenance issues.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the limited outdoor parking space and the lack of hot water in the bathroom, overall, I had a pleasant time and would not hesitate to return to the hotel if I visit Kuantan again. The hotel's location, near several shopping malls and the best grill fish in town, was a definite plus.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kuantan and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was fantastic, being just next to a large shopping complex and close to the town center. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra towels upon request. The breakfast spread was decent and the food tasted good. Additionally, there were amenities such as a kettle and iron available for use. The view from the room was not mentioned in the reviews, but being near a shopping complex, it is possible to have a nice view of the surroundings.

One negative aspect of the hotel was that the internet connection was not stable.

Good suhoor, spacious room, convenient location next to a shopping mall, comfortable beds, affordable price for the size of the room.

The hotel was extraordinary! It exceeded our expectations with its beautiful and comfortable rooms. The lobby was great and the public washrooms were well-maintained. The room had no smell and was equipped with a bathtub. The hotel offered free parking and was conveniently located near malls and famous restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in/out and housekeeping. It was definitely value for money and considered very cheap.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

The room was spacious and could easily accommodate three adults. I was pleasantly surprised by the complementary facts offered by the hotel staff, which were efficiently provided. the hotel's location is simply perfect. I could walk to the mall in just a few minutes, which was incredibly convenient. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a restaurant just behind the hotel.

The bathroom towels were below expectations. They appeared old and shabby, and could certainly use replacement.

The food, pool, and room service were excellent. Prompt technician and efficient service counter. Convenient location near shopping malls.

Nothing not to like.

I recently stayed at this amazing 4-star hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom that even had a bathtub. The staff at the receptionist were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. They even gave me a lot of toiletries and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel is located in the center of the city, which is convenient as there are several other malls nearby. There is even a mall right next to the hotel with a great play zone for kids. the location of this place is ideal.

The only downside I found was that the food in the hotel was barely edible. However, this was not a big issue for me as there are plenty of food options available in the shopping mall next door.
