As foreign tourists, we loved the delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, the comfortable bed, the friendly staff, and the close proximity to KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers. The disabled-friendly room was a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, and the staff made us feel incredibly special. The value for money at Mandarin Oriental exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the Petronas Towers. The location was perfect, right in the heart of KLCC. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the warm welcome to the complimentary birthday cake. The built-in speaker in the bathroom was a unique touch that allowed us to enjoy TV while relaxing in the bathtub.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with more attentive service at the café restaurant.

We stayed at a hotel near the popular shopping mall and LTR, which was very convenient for shopping trips. The room was spacious and well-kept, with a luxurious bathroom, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal as we could enjoy the lovely food court at the shopping mall, and the hotel facilities were impressive with a great pool and gym.

The hotel amenities were somewhat outdated, which detracted from the luxury feel of the stay.

Rooms are spacious and new with functional air conditioning and USB connectors on both sides of the bed. The club facilities on the 24th floor are worth the extra cost. Staff is friendly and professional and the service is flawless. Its proximity to public transport, large park, and shopping mall make it a convenient location for travelers. A highly recommended dining experience is the Aqua restaurant on the swimming pool floor.

This hotel is without doubt luxurious, with exclusive amenities and top-class service. The Spa & wellness centre was a truly wonderful experience, the sauna was very relaxing and the outdoor swimming pool provided a peaceful and serene environment. The Massage was the highlight of my stay, and the beauty treatments left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The Spa lounge was very comfortable and the steam room was very well maintained. The Infinity pool was gorgeous, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, making it a real oasis of calm. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful garden area and private facilities that provide an extra level of exclusivity and privacy.

There was only one minor issue, which was the in-room breakfast. While it was of a high standard, the choice of Halal food was somewhat limited.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of the city next to the famous Petronas twin towers. The rooms are well-appointed and have amazing views of the KLCC and Petronas Towers. The breakfast, which is included in the rate, is excellent with a wide variety of dishes on offer.

All was great and nothing could be improved.

I recently stayed at Mandarin Oriental for a short trip and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly courteous and the bed was super comfortable. The housekeeping service provided by Hayati was excellent. The hotel's location was perfect, with Suria KLCC just a short walking distance away. I had a wonderful stay and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

The efficient check-in process and well-equipped club room with stunning views of the city made for a restful stopover. The complementary juice and newspaper at check-in were a nice touch. The location was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the excellent pool with attentive staff.

The hotel was overcrowded with families and noisy children running around. The noise levels were unbearable, and there were no quiet areas to relax in.
