Good enough breakfast for a quick bite, lovely rooftop pool and restaurant to relax, very nice view of the city. Customer service was excellent from every staff member, designed with today's business and leisure travelers in mind.

I absolutely loved the fact that there was no smoking anywhere in the hotel. So considerate, who needs a rooftop smoking area anyway?

My stay at Mercure was exceptional! The breakfast had a delicious spread of food options. Although the gym was basic, the rooftop pool was a highlight. The location was perfect, near the mall and monorail station for easy transportation. I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located conveniently close to the Berjaya Square shopping center and not too far from the city center. There are also plenty of shopping and food options nearby. The rooms are clean and decorated in a contemporary style with nice amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a food court and shopping centre, as well as close to public transportation. The staff was friendly and the Wi-Fi was good. The rooftop bar and swimming pool offered beautiful views.

The breakfast options were limited and catered mostly to Eastern guests, lacking variety for Western guests. The breakfast area was often overcrowded, making it difficult to find a seat.

Our stay at Mercure Shaw Parade was fantastic. The facilities were great, including the clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was always courteous and willing to help. The location was convenient, with Times Square Mall nearby for shopping and easy access to the monorail. We also enjoyed having 24-hour convenience stores and a restaurant just outside the hotel. a great experience for couples.

Housekeeping was a bit slack, with some items not being replaced or refilled in a timely manner. the pool was quite small and located on a high floor with no roof, resulting in very cold water.

We had a great stay in this venue. The location was fantastic, as it was close to the city center and the Bukit Bintang commercial area. The room was comfortable with great amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and always available with 24-hour reception, room service, and security. We enjoyed the leisure activities like outdoor and rooftop pool with beach umbrellas and sun loungers. Moreover, the restaurant had a good selection of halal food and poolside snack bar also offered packed lunches.

Plus, the security guard was always ready to help us find taxis, making transportation a breeze.

The breakfast could use some improvement, as the options for vegetarians were limited and the buffet wasn't always fully stocked. I also had a bad experience with the shower, as it was a bit awkward to use and didn't allow me to properly rinse my head.
