This place exceeded my expectations! The staff here are incredibly helpful and provide excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even helped me book a car to the airport through their convenient app. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I also loved the location of this hotel. It is situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.

The location is great, as it is centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and even massage places. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us when my boyfriend lost his phone in a taxi. The room was small but comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The rainbow shower in the bathroom was a nice touch. The rooftop pool and gym were also a great addition to our stay.

I had a great time staying at this place. It is located in the heart of town with easy access to shops and commercial services. The staff was highly professional and efficient in housekeeping and service. The room offered a plethora of amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep. The rooftop pool and fitness centre were my favourite facilities here. The stunning view of the city from up there was breathtaking.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the vibrant Pavilion mall and surrounded by bustling shops. Despite being in the heart of the city, I was amazed at how peaceful it was, with the comfy beds ensuring a restful sleep. The rainbow shower in the room added a fun and cheerful touch, brightening up my mornings. The hotel had great facilities, including a refreshing pool area and a playful slide.

I had a great stay at Mov Hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries and entertainment options nearby. The room, although small, had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a fantastic addition, offering a cool and relaxing escape. The staff were accommodating, allowing me to check-in late at night. Plus, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day.

The hotel is strategically located in the city center, making it convenient to visit the famous Petronas Towers and other attractions. It is also within walking distance to the nearest MRT station, providing easy access to explore the city. The rooms are clean and well-designed, offering a comfortable stay. The restaurant entrance adds a touch of humor to the overall experience. The shower is exceptional and the rooftop facilities such as the pool and gym offer a fantastic view.

The gym, unfortunately, did not meet the expectations depicted in the pictures, as it has been relocated to a small room in the basement without windows or natural daylight.

The location of this hotel is amazing, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and the main train station nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly.

The hotel had a decent location, with great transport links and amazing views from the rooftop. the staff were welcoming and offered us two complementary drinks on arrival. the room was spacious and had great facilities.

Our overall experience was not great. the noise level was intolerable, with loud music and shouting keeping us up until the early hours of the morning.

I had an incredible one night stay here. The room was big enough for a twin room and was clean and comfortable. The designs and decor in the hotel made it feel like home. The staff, Nancy and Adam at the reception, were very friendly and made the check-in and check-out process easy and fast. The rooftop swimming pool and gym were excellent and well-maintained. It was a relaxing experience as it wasn't crowded when I went there. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip!

The bathroom was impressive, with a fantastic shower and rainbow lights. the hotel provided a stylish and enjoyable experience.
