The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centres, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. Additionally, it is very close to the metro station, allowing for hassle-free transportation around the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as clean towels and hot showers provided.

The bathroom door does not have a lock, which may be inconvenient for those who require privacy.

The room at Imperial Regency Suites & Hotel was incredibly spacious, with enough room to comfortably accommodate 20 people. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The large window in the room provided a great view of the city. The location of the hotel was convenient, with it being a short distance from Mid Valley and KL Sentral. The LRT station was just a minute or two away, making it easy to explore the city. The front desk staff, particularly Ali, was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.

While the room itself was impressive, I did notice a few cleanliness issues. The kettle in the room was not properly cleaned, with stains and loose threads visible.

We stayed over the New Year period, and overall it was a good experience. the location was also ideal for the festivities since it was a stone's throw away. the room was also spacious, allowing for plenty of room to move around and displaying excellent views of the city skyline.

Despite the room being spacious, we found the bathroom to be relatively unsatisfactory due to the inadequate cleanliness. the room had a mixture of stains on the kettle and the room service menu.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the Kerinchi railway station just behind. It's easy to access KL Central Railway Station and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport by train. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The LRT is also conveniently close to the hotel, making it easy to explore the city and visit shopping malls. There are several cafes and convenience stores in the building, offering a variety of food options.

Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

The location is fantastic with the train station just next to here, making it convenient to travel around. The staff is really friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I also appreciate the room amenities, especially the tea and coffee facilities that I used before leaving early morning for my flight.
