The room was clean and comfortable, with a good selection of TV channels. The location is convenient, near the airport and a sports arena. The staff were helpful and efficient, making check-in easy. The room had plenty of electrical outlets, and there were surprise sahur facilities during Ramadan.

The Easter stay was fulfilling with lovely complimentary chocolate eggs and Easter bunnies. the hotel's location was great with easy access to local markets, shops, and restaurants. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. the staff was courteous and helpful.

The addition of an espresso machine was a welcomed feature, although it would have been better if the milk was at a warmer temperature. the breakfast experience was pleasant, with the only downside being guests who coughed while selecting their food. Perhaps a sign could be placed to encourage better communal behavior. The hotel's location is a plus as it is closer to the bridge, making it easier to get back to the mainland.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for those attending events at the nearby SPICE Arena, which is just opposite the hotel. It's also conveniently located near the airport in Bayan Lepas, away from the usual tourist spots. The hotel offers excellent service, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, always ready to fulfill any requests we had.
