The location was lovely, right along the Malecón with lots of nearby restaurants. The staff was very helpful and the place was immaculate. The pool and gym were unexpected benefits. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the Gulf from the top floor. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the high temperatures. The hotel provided safe at the front desk for keeping valuables. a great experience.

This hotel in Progreso is a gem! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms and great views. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Progreso. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. I highly recommend this hotel for a great beach vacation.

One minor drawback was the noise level in the hotel, as there was poor soundproofing and the air conditioner was loud. Additionally, the kitchen area was lacking in utensils, which made it difficult to cook.
