The customer service at One Pacific Hotel And Serviced was exceptional. When we requested an extra bed, it was quickly provided within 10 minutes. The room was also incredibly spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently situated near the center of Georgetown, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

The breakfast selection was limited and the food was average at best. the bed was hard and uncomfortable, with just one pillow each.
