We had a fantastic stay with amazing rooftop pool and gym. Friendly staff and early check-in. Spacious, modern rooms with comfortable beds and big showers. Accessible to many eateries. Nothing for us.

The breakfast was great, ala carte style. Upgraded to a Dream room with a nice view. Convenient location with shops and food nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Quiet, comfortable bed, quality shower, and proper working aircon.

The beds were quite comfy and our room had enough furniture. The breakfast cook prepared fresh eggs to taste which was a nice touch. the hotel's gym and pool with great views were a plus. The location was central and accessible, with a great halal prawn noodle spot right across the street.

The cleanliness was a letdown and the overall appearance of the room, especially the shower, was worn out. We also disliked that the price was a bit steep for Penang and the hotel had a bar with live music nearby.
