My recent stay at Park Inn was delightful! I stayed for a weekend getaway. the hotel's soap scents were lovely, and they even provided a prayer mat. the staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was fantastic. the industrial minimalist decor was charming, and the room was clean with a comfy king-size bed. the TV channels were great, and I appreciated the lift operation using the room card.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. the staff's friendliness and helpfulness really stood out, making my stay more enjoyable. the variety of food options available for breakfast was impressive, with local dishes like nasi lemak and roti canai, as well as a nice selection of juices and coffees. the soft pillows provided in the room added to the comfort of my stay. the hotel's location, though not bustling with activities, is excellent, with a nearby mall offering convenient access to amenities like a supermarket and restaurants.

One thing that could be improved upon at this hotel is the cleanliness in certain areas, such as around the basins and shower areas where mold was present. the housekeeping service could be more efficient in responding to requests, such as changing stained sheets promptly.

The staff, especially Mr Awan and Ina, were fantastic! Their smiles made a big impact. Even the engineering staff and restaurant manager were top-notch. the breakfast could use more variety, but the senior duty manager, Mr Ikhwan, saved the day for this pregnant traveler with two kids. Kudos to the helpful team at this hotel. Can't wait to return!

There is no bellboy available to assist with luggage, which can be difficult for families traveling with kids and multiple bags.
