I had a great experience at Acacia Hotel Davao - Multiple Use And Staycation Approved. The AC in the hotel was excellent, providing a comfortable and cool environment throughout my stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Despite some initial disappointments, the staff went above and beyond to address my concerns and make me feel valued as a guest.

There were some areas that could be improved. The hotel seemed more concerned with enforcing strict rules than prioritizing customer service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and almost all key areas in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room amenities like the air conditioning and free Wi-Fi were top-notch. The outdoor swimming pool was also a relaxing way to spend our afternoons.

We also enjoyed the food at Luk Foo Palace. the wifi, bed, and staff were all impressive. the front desk staff were the best we've encountered in Davao City, being extremely accommodating, friendly, and efficient.

The breakfast buffet was worth getting up early for, with a wide range of delicious options. the clean rooms were a definite plus and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Plus, having twin beds in the room gave plenty of space to move around comfortably.

Our check-in experience left a lot to be desired, with our room not being ready even though we arrived an hour after the stated check-in time. the shower drainage was also problematic, resulting in overflow and water damage to the room.
