I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic, with easy access to various attractions in the city. Secondly, the staff were really helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms had a wonderful view of the city skyline, making the stay even more enjoyable.

During my recent stay at Pinnacle Tower, I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and well-maintained facilities. The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The security measures in place gave me peace of mind. I had a pleasant experience at Pinnacle Tower and would recommend it to others.

The location was close to the city and public transport. We also enjoyed the view from our room which was a plus.

The room was not cleaned properly, there was dust everywhere and the bed sheets were stained. the water supply was also an issue as it was shut off without warning causing us to panic.

The communication with the host can be slow and difficult, causing difficulties in addressing requests or concerns.
