Staying here was fantastic! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved the great service I received from the friendly staff, starting from the doorman all the way to the receptionist. The breakfast was delightful, especially since there were halal options available. The amenities in the room were impressive, from the flat-screen TV to the air conditioning. The cookware and utensils in the kitchen added to the comfort of the room. The free Wi-Fi was a plus, too.

Definitely would recommend this venue to anyone visiting this area.

For those interested in religious sites, there is also a mosque nearby. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with bright lighting and comfortable bedding.

The hotel lacks proper accessibility for disabled guests, particularly in the bathroom where the flooring is slippery and potentially dangerous for those with disabilities.

Two complementary drinks were offered upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping and dining areas. Plus, the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

the hotel did not provide enough toiletries for our stay and we had to ask for more. Finally, the noise from nearby construction was loud and disturbed our sleep.

We loved the location of this hotel, right in the center of KL. It was so convenient being near all the attractions and just a short walk away from the fort. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly staff at the reception to the helpful concierge. The room amenities were great, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And the free Wi-Fi was a bonus!
