The location is perfect, close to the old town and popular tourist spots. The receptionist, Ahmad, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made our stay easy. He even upgraded our room when he noticed we were under stress. Truly VIP treatment!

Felt incredibly relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were clean and new. the location was great, offering easy access to all the main roads. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast options were limited and could be improved. Additionally, the rooms were a bit small and lacked some amenities.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mr Hamzeh, who made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable - the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect, in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, and we were just a short drive away from the brand new shopping mall, The Boulevard.

My last minute, late evening arrival was made smooth and easy by the helpful and accommodating staff, particularly Hamzeh. They arranged for a taxi to pick me up early in the morning and even reminded me when my alarm failed. The staff prepared a light breakfast before their official serving time and the room was great. Would recommend, 10 out of 10.

The room was modernized and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of dishes. The staff, especially Ahmed, were friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the USB entrance port in the electric sockets was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Amman.

The location was ideal, within walking distance of the major attractions in Amman and close to a brand new shopping mall, The Boulevard. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient parking facilities.

I stayed at West Hotel for a few nights just to relax and explore the city. The staff was super friendly and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool looked well-maintained and the courtyard around it was really nice. The price was super cheap compared to other hotels I found. The breakfast had good options and I loved the retro vibe. it was a great place to stay!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with great amenities like AC and high-speed internet. the hotel had a beautiful pool and facilities. the breakfast spread was extensive, with plenty of choices. the staff was friendly and always ready to offer advice on exploring the city.

The restaurant could use some renovation as it felt outdated. the breakfast spread was not up to par, and the shower in the room was poorly designed, causing water to spill everywhere and making it dangerous to walk on the wet floor.
