The staff at Amman West Hotel, especially Mohamed and Tarek, were incredibly helpful with providing maps, directions, and arranging taxis. They even upgraded us to a renovated room without us asking. The Brick Lane sports bar across the street was a great place to go for some good food. The hotel also offered nice views of Amman from the higher floors.

As youngsters, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff provided us with useful tourist information and even arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. The breakfast, although served later, was delicious with local flavors. The restaurant also offered tasty and affordable pizza and chicken scallops. We would highly recommend upgrading to the better rooms for a renovated room and a nice view.

My last minute, late evening arrival was made smooth and easy by the helpful and accommodating staff, particularly Hamzeh. They arranged for a taxi to pick me up early in the morning and even reminded me when my alarm failed. The staff prepared a light breakfast before their official serving time and the room was great.
