Great Value for your Money

I stayed at Prescott Hotel Medan Tuanku with my family of two children and we had a wonderful experience. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and very spacious, perfect for all of us. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping malls and public transportation. We also enjoyed the delicious and affordable room service menu. I highly recommend staying at Prescott Hotel Medan Tuanku for a great value for your money.

As a Muslim traveler, I found the spacious room at Prescott Hotel to be perfect for my needs, with ample space for prayer and a prayer mat provided. The room was well-equipped with essential amenities like an iron and ironing board, making my stay comfortable. The hotel's convenient location near shopping centers and a 7-11 made it even more convenient, and the complimentary fast wifi was a bonus. The friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience.

During our Easter stay, we were pleased with the tasty complementary breakfast and the daily replenishment of coffee and tea in our room. the hotel's proximity to the monorail station and shopping centers made it easy to explore the city.

The noise from the nearby karaoke bar was a bit loud in the evening and was somewhat uncomfortable.

Good location near old colonial district, monorail, and metro. Tired rooms and corridors, but good value for money. Pleasant staff, comfortable rooms with large beds and hot water. Convenient amenities like coffee, tea, and water provided. Multiple nearby MRT stations and malls with restaurants, supermarket, food court, and coffee shops.

Nothing for me.

Great value for money, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms with good amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The location was also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and many nearby attractions, such as the Petronas Towers.

All was well, no complaints to make.

The location of the hotel is great as it is very near to Medan Tuanku monorail station, providing easy access to public transport and various shopping malls. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit, with good facilities such as proper storage for ironing board and iron, and a visible Muslim prayer mat. The hotel also provides six pillows as standard in twin-sharing rooms.

The customer service at the hotel needs improvement. Some guests have reported poor communication with staff and a lack of recognition for returning guests.
