Couldn't fault.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and a spacious bathtub. The coffee machine in the room was a great addition. The variety of delicious food options exceeded my expectations. The price was worth it and I will definitely come back. The swimming pool requires a reservation at the lobby, with a maximum of 10 people per session.

Our recent stay at Pullman was fantastic! The bed was so comfortable and the room spacious with a great view. The staff surprised us with a birthday cake, and quickly addressed any concerns we had. The breakfast selections were better organized and detox water choices increased. Overall I'll recommend this hotel!

Large, comfortable bed with quality linens. Clean and spacious room with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was good but could have fewer oily options. Convenient location for Midvelley and Bangsar areas. Great value for money!

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location was great as it was near to public transport and right across from a major mall. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a large selection of food. The rooms were spotless and provided with all basic necessities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service was very handy. a great hotel with excellent facilities and service.

The shop on the ground floor wasn't well stocked and wasn't open late.

The lavish amenities at this hotel made me feel like a VIP. the spa lounge offered full body massages, head massages, and foot massages. the outdoor swimming pool was luxurious, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant served delicious special diet menus.

We had an amazing city break and the hotel made it even better! the breakfast included in the price was a great value and the check-in staff were super friendly and welcoming, even though we arrived after midnight. the location was perfect for exploring and we enjoyed the convenience of the parking. Plus, the room was spacious and spotless!

There were a few things that could be improved. Our first room was dusty and had a musky smell, and the shower was poorly designed.
