The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the MRT station and bus stop for the airport. The 24-hour lounge on the 2nd floor was a nice touch, with a variety of free drinks and snacks available.

The breakfast option could have been improved. There was a shortage of staff during breakfast time, causing delays in service.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay during our weekend in Taipei. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely design. One of the best aspects was the complementary upgrade we received, which was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the mini-bar selection, which was free, and the lounge on the 2nd floor where we could relax and replenish with snacks and drinks.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't quite like. the air conditioning in the bar/restaurant was turned on very high, which made it quite uncomfortable.

We had the best romantic getaway at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, within walking distance of all the attractions.
