This hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the airport, making it very easy to reach. The room is spacious and offers a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are varied and tasty, with the chef doing a great job. Additionally, the hotel has two swimming pools, one open-air and one indoor, providing guests with a refreshing experience.

The housekeeping service needs improvement. There were instances of forgetfulness, such as forgetting to make up the room one day.

As a young family, we loved the two swimming pools at the hotel. The open-air pool for men and the indoor pool for women were both great options for some refreshing swim time. The spacious room provided us with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We also appreciated that the hotel is located directly opposite the airport, making it very convenient for catching early flights.

We felt extremely welcome at the hotel and have no complaints at all.

During our stay at Raia Hotel & Convention Centre, we were impressed with the spacious rooms. The room provided ample space for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel's location directly opposite the airport made it incredibly convenient for catching early flights. The receptionist and engineering team were also friendly and efficient in addressing any concerns we had, such as fixing the hot water in our room promptly. we had a comfortable stay at Raia Hotel & Convention Centre.

Although our stay at Raia Hotel & Convention Centre was enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The housekeeping service could be improved as we noticed dust on the mirror shelve and the towels provided had stains and yellow marks.
