The hotel had a great location, right on the beach, which was really convenient. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a private beach, even though it was a bit small. Another advantage was the indoor pool, which was clean and had warm water, perfect for relaxing.

The lack of attention to details. We noticed moldy trays for drinks under the chairs in the indoor pool area, which was not pleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at Grifid Encanto! The private beach was a real highlight, with stunning views and crystal-clear water. The variety of food options was impressive, especially the delicious waffles in the morning and the fish and duck dishes for dinner. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded us to a larger room when the one we booked wasn't available. The spa and three swimming pools added to the overall luxurious experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

Had a great Easter break at a beach hotel. Two complimentary facts pleasantly surprised us, the free restocked minibar and the poolside waffles were amazing. Also enjoyed the prime location right on the beach and the included lawn chairs.

The beach bar also had little choice for anyone looking for vegan or healthy options. the staff in the food area were often unpleasant and unhelpful.

We loved the variety of lunch and dinner options at Medispa Grifid Encanto Beach Hotel. The hotel was clean and cozy, and located in a quiet area of Golden Sands. Our little girl had a great time playing with Salma, who made her happy every day. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our holiday experience was the best. We can't wait to come back!
