The room at Rocana was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and a mosque. Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly. The halal breakfast offered a great start to the day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a great find! The location is superb, situated conveniently amongst two major malls in town. It's a shopper's paradise with plenty of food choices all around. The rooms are in superb condition, with complete facilities and good lighting. The staff were attentive and provided smooth check-in and check-out. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

We stayed in a nice, spacious room which had excellent furniture and a comfortable setting. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance to two big malls. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety to choose from, with some tasty local dishes like nasi goreng tomyam and ayam goreng. We also enjoyed the convenience of being near other sightseeing places in Kuantan downtown.

The limited guest parking spaces, which could be a challenge if you have your own vehicle.

The hotel is located in a prime location between two shopping malls and surrounded by a variety of food options. the TV had a good range of channels and the breakfast provided a decent variety of options.
