I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sandakan. the value for money was excellent, with affordable room prices that included a delicious local breakfast. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident, with the comfortable beds and basic amenities ensuring a pleasant stay. Lastly, the hotel's location in a quiet area away from the town center provided a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Our stay at Sanbay was wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Had a lovely Xmas stay at this hotel. the bed was extra comfy and the rooms had a refrigerator, which was very convenient! the hotel is located near a lot of great restaurants and shops, making it very easy to explore the area. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were always there to help out and make our stay as comfortable as possible.

There was a slightly musty smell in our corridor, but it wasn't too bad. the TV channels available were mostly local channels, so we didn't have the option to watch international news.
