I recently stayed at Santa Grand Signature and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Mugie and George, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities, including the rooftop pool and bar, were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a great selection of dishes. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with Netflix on the TV. The location was quieter and the concierge was always available to help with transportation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Santa Grand Signature.

Everything was mind-blowingly modern, clean, and even smelled super great! The staff, especially Saravanan, were jaw-droppingly nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the rooftop swimming pool had a jaw-dropping view of the city. The hotel's overall decoration was simply amazing.

The hotel is centrally located, close to many attractions and the metro. The views from the hotel, especially from the room, were breathtaking, with a clear view of the KL Tower. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a modern and spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. Santa Grand Signature provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a fantastic price.

During my recent stay at Santa Grand Signature, I was truly impressed by the hotel's convenient location. It was within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Petronas Towers, Chinatown, Little India, and the Botanical Garden. Although the walks were hot and sweaty at times, it was worth it to have these attractions so close by. Additionally, there was a fantastic supermarket nearby, Lulu's, which had everything I needed during my stay. As for the room, it was clean and well-maintained, with a little closet for storing my clothes. The mini-bar was also replenished daily, and I enjoyed the snacks provided in the afternoon. The staff at Santa Grand Signature were also friendly and helpful, allowing me to leave some of my luggage while I traveled outside of Malaysia. This trustworthy and accommodating service was greatly appreciated.

The value for money was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms, efficient AC, and spacious bathrooms with great showers. The location was convenient, close to the metro and with stunning views of Menera Tower. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay.

Great location within walking distance of the city center and key attractions. Room cleaning was done thoroughly and maintained well during the stay.- The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the spa suite.

The front desk staff was not reliable when it came to providing accurate information about transportation options, resulting in a more expensive taxi ride. Some rooms lacked basic amenities like closets, which could be inconvenient for longer stays.

Great breakfast with a variety of options including traditional Malaysian dishes like Nasi Lemak. Excellent security, perfect for solo travelers like us. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with two nearby metro stations for easy access to KLCC and Pavilion shopping centers. Enjoyed the swimming pool, especially in the hot weather.

Christmas time at this hotel was an absolute delight! the overall price was very fair for what you got - a gorgeous, new boutique hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. the room was modern and clean with attractive furnishings and a smart TV with Youtube. the best part was the strategic location - within a 5-minute walk to nearby LRT stations that can take you to most of the important places in the city. the delicious breakfast was also a nice surprise and the swimming pool was a great way to cool off during the hot days.

Although the room was clean and modern, it was on the smaller side and did not have a wardrobe - only hooks and hanging space. Valet parking was RM20 and the location of the parking area was unknown.

The buffet breakfast had a good variety of both Western and local flavors. The coffee was aromatic and I had the option to choose 1 or 2 shots. The carpark had reasonable valet parking at RM10 per night. The location was convenient as it was a short drive to Hard Rock Cafe, KYO Disco, and the hotel had a great view of KL Tower, TRX building, Twin Towers.

No negatives.

The hotel is conveniently located near all major attractions and the metro stop. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool offers a great view of the city.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the skyscrapers. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop pool with its great view of the skyline. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to take breakfast with us when we had an early checkout. We also loved the breakfast options, which offered a great mix of western and local flavors.
