The breakfast at Charcoal was enjoyable, albeit a bit of a walk from The Club. Despite a few minor issues, such as limited breakfast options and the need to download an app for vouchers, our stay was pleasant. We truly appreciated the efforts of the accommodating staff who found us an alternative room when our booked room was under repair. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

Had a great time on my recent holiday! the hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic with sunshine all day long. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The long wait for check-in, which wasn't ideal after a long flight. the gym was quite small and could benefit from more equipment.

During our recent stay at Saujana Kuala Lumpur, we were mesmerized by the stunning location and serene setting on the lake. The lush green trees and coconut trees added a touch of nature to the resort, making it feel like a green haven in the midst of the city. The room we stayed in was comfortable and reasonably priced, providing us with a pleasant stay. The reception at the club was extremely helpful and polite, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. The overall ambience of the hotel was serene and relaxing, with no unnecessary noise in the corridors leading to the rooms.

Although there were a couple of flaws, such as insufficient signage and slow water pressure, they were minor inconveniences that did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
