I keep coming back for business because at my first stay, staff returned my forgotten earpods. Everything I need is here like Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, Fitness center, and helpful staff. Plus, laundry service and no smoking make it even better.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location close to public transport were exceptional. Being near the MRT station made it easy for us to explore the city and travel to popular areas like mid valley or kl sentral by grab.

No downsides to mention, as our experience was truly pleasant.

Location was super convenient, just a hop away from the Taman Pertama station for easy exploring around. the place had a new feel and was well-kept. Our room was cozy with comfy twin beds and all the essentials. Lots of nearby food options and friendly staff. Facilities like laundry, gym, and cooking amenities were a plus. And can't forget the solid wifi connection!

Major letdown! Bugs everywhere, and staff brushed off cleanliness concerns rudely.
