I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location in the town area was convenient, with plenty of shops nearby. The staff provided excellent service, making check-in fast and ensuring a friendly atmosphere. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities and I particularly enjoyed the consistent hot temperature in the bath tub. The breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel could improve on one aspect, but overall, everything was more than okay.

The breakfast at the hotel was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and a 24-hour convenience store just below. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The bathroom was also quite large. Despite a few minor drawbacks like soft pillows and the absence of a toothbrush glass in the bathroom, my stay at Sento Hotel in Keningau was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.

Small and cozy with nearby amenities like banks, 24-hour restaurants, and stores. Exceptional location in a safe and clean street. Great value for money.

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were spacious. the location was quite good with shops and eateries nearby.

The hotel was overall disappointing. the room had an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke and despite requesting a change, we were denied.
