The breakfast buffet was delicious and catered to my son's dietary needs. The staff, especially Veronica at the front desk and Krish at the Spice Restaurant, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel's private "beach" area was great for the kids, and the nearby public beach was clean. it was an unforgettable experience thanks to the amazing staff and peaceful surroundings.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Penang for a family vacation. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The front desk staff, Sarjit and Guru, provided great recommendations for local restaurants, and Ms. Wan Mazlina in the main restaurant was always courteous and helpful. The hotel had a fantastic breakfast buffet and the staff at the adult-only pool for Rasa Wing guests were attentive and accommodating. The hotel gardens were beautiful and the beach-front was clean and not overcrowded. We also enjoyed the Friday night BBQ and live music.

The poolside activities were great and my kids loved the free ice lollies. Despite the buffet being small, the breakfast at Rasa Grill was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a short getaway.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel! The spacious and clean room with a nice sea view was just what we wanted. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options including local delicacies like Penang Hokkien Mee and Nyonya Kuih. We also enjoyed the special touch of complimentary local biscuits in our room. The location was perfect, with plenty of deckchairs facing the beach where we could relax under the shady palm trees. The staff were friendly and the service was impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to visit again!

The only downside was that the beach area was quite small, so we ended up spending more time at the pool chairs. Additionally, there was a bit of noise from the swimming pool during peak times, which could be a bit distracting.

The rooms are clean and are cleaned twice a day. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are great. The breakfast buffet is superb. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially from the upper floor rooms.
