Beautiful room with comfortable bed. I loved the steam and sauna at the pool area. Although the hotel is a bit away from the center, it was a plus for me as it was peaceful. I'll recommend this hotel.

This hotel’s location is perfect for those who want to stay in the center of the bustling city, offering easy access to everything that it has to offer. The spacious room and bathroom are well-equipped and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great TV console stand. The attentive staff is always willing to fulfill guest's requests, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast is delicious, offering a good variety of options.

The New Year's Eve celebration at the hotel was fantastic. We were given complimentary champagne and snacks, which were a nice touch. the hotel was situated in a great area, within walking distance of a shopping center and plenty of dining options. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room and the comfortable bed.

Despite the small number of people queuing, it took us almost two hours to get our room keys. Once we got to our room, we noticed coffee stains on various surfaces and the bathtub stopper was useless.

The parking is chargeable, which may come as a disappointment for guests who are used to free parking at most hotels.

The minor downside is that the in-room breakfast did not meet our expectations as it arrived cold and was lacking in variety. the prompt and efficient service made up for this minor issue.
