Beautiful room with comfortable bed. I loved the steam and sauna at the pool area. Although the hotel is a bit away from the center, it was a plus for me as it was peaceful. I'll recommend this hotel.

The New Year's Eve celebration at the hotel was fantastic. We were given complimentary champagne and snacks, which were a nice touch. The hotel was situated in a great area, within walking distance of a shopping center and plenty of dining options. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room and the comfortable bed.

Despite the small number of people queuing, it took us almost two hours to get our room keys. The front desk staff seemed disorganized and unfriendly, which made the process even more frustrating.

The location advantages are prominent with easy access to public transportation and the surrounding lively area.

The minor downside is that the in-room breakfast did not meet our expectations as it arrived cold and was lacking in variety. However, the prompt and efficient service made up for this minor issue.
