The complimentary drink and food were delightful! The location was perfect, near shops, and restaurants. The pool was definitely a highlight and it was well maintained.

The check-in was the worst experience ever! No one was there to greet us although we informed them of our late arrival.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that made my stay comfortable and luxurious. My spacious suite had a breathtaking view, and the complete utensils provided in the dining area made me feel at home. The outdoor swimming pool, together with the sun terrace, provided a peaceful swim, and the pool with a view added to the posh atmosphere. The private facilities were a plus, and the location advantages made it easy to go shopping and grab a bite. The service was great, and the staff members at the reception were excellent in providing assistance.

There was only one minor issue during my stay at this hotel. Although the toiletries were excellent, the bathroom floor had a few stains and could have been cleaner.

During our recent family vacation, we stayed in a hotel that really made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect, with shopping malls like Komtar and City Square just a short walk away, and plenty of great food options nearby. The room was spacious with a beautiful interior décor and had all the necessary utilities for a family stay. The service staff was friendly and helpful and even provided us with Royal Gold tissue. The pool was a fun place for kids with a slide area.

The breakfast spread and quality were not up to the mark. While the fruit selection and eggs were good, the sausages were burnt and unpleasant.

My stay at Suasana All Suites was very pleasant. The views from my room on the 28th floor were breathtaking. Although the washing machine didn't have detergent, the room was excellent and spacious. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable family getaway.
