I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the room was spotless, and the friendly staff made everything so easy—from check-in at the self-service kiosk to room service. Being right in the heart of Kuala Terengganu’s Chinatown meant fantastic food options were only a short stroll away. I also loved the little touches like the humidifier in the room. the hotel felt modern yet comfortable, much better than my previous experiences elsewhere.

While I had a great time, I did notice a couple of things that could be better. the soundproofing wasn't the greatest;

clean - comfy deluxe room with a window. the 7/11 next door was handy, and close to the Palau Redang ferry. room service was splendid.

Would recommend.

The room exceeded expectations with its complete amenities and cleanliness. the hidden cafe at the back was a charming surprise, adding to the overall experience. the staff's exceptional service stood out, going above and beyond to assist. the garden area provided a serene spot for relaxation, and the nearby landmarks like Crystal Mosque and Chinatown enriched our family bonding experience. This hotel truly offers a good value for its price, and I would gladly return whenever I'm in Kuala Terengganu.
