Our Easter holiday was made unforgettable by the amazing service we received at this resort. the staff went out of their way to either remember our names or make us feel welcome with warm greetings. our room had a gorgeous view of the surrounding area, which made the stay even more pleasant. Finally, the spa treatment we indulged in was worth every penny; we felt renewed and refreshed after the session. A definite must-do while staying at this hotel.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. we requested a forest view room, but unfortunately, we were given a ground floor room with a different view.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the complimentary birthday cake for my wife and the warm and friendly staff. The upgrade to a bigger room was a nice surprise. The hotel is quiet and perfect for relaxation.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in the mountains with picturesque views. The staff provides excellent service, making you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast, while cut into small pieces, is still delicious.

The hotel is a bit far from popular attractions in Genting, requiring a 45-minute drive to reach.

Peaceful retreat in the mountains. Friendly staff, ample parking, and spacious rooms. Great poolside breakfast with excellent service. Grounds well-maintained, creating a beautiful experience. Wake-up call for sahoor a nice touch. Will definitely recommend and return.

Although the service is good, I had a minor issue with the karaoke lounge. The sound quality was not quite up to par and it was located too close to the restaurant.
