We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spaciousness of the room and the amazing view of the KL Tower were highlights. The hotel is conveniently located near an MRT station and the twin towers, making it easy to access places of interest and various restaurants for food delivery. The staff was polite, kind, and provided quick responses to our requests. The wifi in the room was excellent and stable, and the gym was well-equipped and clean.

The only downside was that the breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break. There were a few downsides to our stay at the hotel. Communication with the staff could have been improved, as we were not informed about certain details such as the deposit for the key and wifi password.

Suitable for families with children, with amenities like washing machine and bathtub. Strong WiFi and good TV options with access to YouTube and Disney plus. Chill pool with a beautiful view. Convenient carpark for those driving. Room equipped with necessary appliances like induction stove and fridge.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur called Queens Service Suites At Platinum Klcc. My purpose of travel was leisure and I stayed for a week. The hotel had spacious rooms with a nice view of the KL tower. It was conveniently located near the MRT station and the Twin Towers. The host was extremely polite, kind, and quick to respond to our requests. They promptly delivered extra towels and toilet paper. The wifi in the room was excellent, and the laundry machine, though small and slow, worked well. The gym was also well-equipped, clean, and offered a wonderful view.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
