Our €400 was stolen from the room, and the management's lack of concern was disappointing. the room was clean and location convenient. I'd recommend this hotel.

The room with the window is spacious, nice, and the location is superb. the rooms are clean, and the toilet and bed are very good. I came late, and the security was very helpful, even helping us find a parking spot at the back alley, like a guardian angel guiding us to safety.

Noise issue in the morning.

i had a lovely stay at Journey. the clean room was a peaceful retreat in the old centre. the helpful staff pointed me to nearby attractions like Founder Hutton Cafe for tasty meals, just a short walk away. ideal for exploring Chowrasta market on foot for local delights.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and walking distance to nearby attractions. the room was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and quick to resolve issues.

The sound insulation in the hotel is poor, and noises from adjacent rooms and hallways can be disruptive. the staff didn't seem to communicate well, creating confusion regarding late check-out times and room service requests.
