Spacious apartment with 2 balconies. Great location near restaurants, bars, and shopping malls. Friendly staff accommodated early check-in. Massive room on 17th floor with stunning views of KL Tower and Petronas Towers. Well-equipped kitchen and clean swimming pool.

The Maple Suite exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. I found the prices to be very reasonable, especially considering the amenities and services provided. The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated just opposite the KL tower. This allowed for easy access to the city center and provided stunning views towards the KL Tower. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. They made sure that all my needs and requests were met during my stay. I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. I particularly enjoyed having a room with a view towards the KL Tower.

I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the food options at this hotel.

The room was massive with stunning views of KL Tower and Petronas Towers. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, plus an additional guest bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room with balconies were a bonus. The location was close to sightseeing and a vibrant street with pubs and street food. The hotel also had an indoor pool and sauna.

Spacious rooms, great location. Spending our Christmas at this hotel was a great experience due to the spacious rooms that we got. the size allowed us to move freely, and the three rooms gave us a lot of space. the key location of this hotel made it easy for us to move around the city with no hustle. This is because the hotel is a walking distance to everything that we needed. the laundry room provided by the hotel was an added advantage, making it possible for us to clean our clothes.

Outdated decor, limited amenity usage. While the hotel was an overall great experience, the decor was outdated.
