i had a pleasant stay at Pavilion, with helpful staff who assisted us in finding a local tour operator. the location was strategic, just an 8-minute drive from the airport and close to attractions like the Orangutan Sanctuary and local eateries. the room was comfortable, with a nice bathroom and soft pillows. overall, a budget-friendly option with decent food at the onsite restaurant.

The Location was superb, strategically placed close to key attractions and dining spots, making it convenient to explore the area. the staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows, providing a good night's rest.

The cleanliness of the room could be enhanced, as dust was visible in some areas, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to standard. Providing more toiletries, such as slippers and toothbrushes, especially for family rooms, would be beneficial ' comfort.
