We had a nice city trip and enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks in the room. the hotel’s location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. the security staff and receptionists were all friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were a bit tasteless and limited, and the restaurant staff were not very polite or attentive. the check-in process was quite lengthy and disorganized, especially on weekends when there were larger groups of people checking in.
