The apartment was simply beautiful! Everything we wanted and more. Great kitchen area and washing machine. Exceptionally clean with lovely staff. The rooftop pool views were stunning. Highly recommend for anyone visiting KL.

The hotel offered a premium experience with a spacious apartment equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, and even a home office. the added convenience of a washing machine with a dryer was a huge plus. the pool had a beautiful view of the Petronas towers and Menara tower. the bar and restaurant were standard, although the food wasn't worth the price, the included view made up for it. It was also conveniently located near major attractions with easy access to public transportation.

I stayed at Platinum Kuala Lumpur By Luma and it felt like a 5* hotel. The apartment was huge with luxury fittings and there was daily room service with clean towels, beds made, and water left for us. The location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk to Quills mall where there were plenty of restaurants and a huge supermarket. The rooftop pool and views were stunning, and the rooftop restaurant and bar were well worth a visit. The staff, including MK, Tatik, and Hasan. Ainee sorted out all my queries and requests. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. it was a beautiful place with great value for money.

Our overall experience at Platinum Kuala Lumpur By Luma was fantastic. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was extremely responsive to our needs. The location was also great, with easy access to malls and public transportation. We especially enjoyed the spacious suite, comfortable beds, and strong Wi-Fi. The pool and penthouse restaurant/bar were also highlights of our stay.

We had a great time staying at the Platinum Hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous Petronas Towers. the modern design of the building was impressive and the interior of our apartment was comfortable. the highlight was definitely the infinity pool and fitness centre, offering breathtaking views. the check-in process was organized and quick, and we appreciated the well-designed toilet that was child-friendly. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but who needs clean towels and enough pillows on a bed, right? And the TV not working for 2 nights? Just adds to the excitement!

Such a shame that the staff was rude, the pool was always busy, and the apartments were dirty and smelled terrible. But hey, at least the view was nice.

The hotel is conveniently located near the monorail station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Petronas Towers and Bukit Bintang area. Guests have mentioned that the staff is quick to respond and helpful in arranging airport transfers. the air conditioning works well and the showers have good pressure.

Some guests have mentioned that there was only one key card given, causing inconvenience for large groups or families with children.

We had a fantastic stay at Platinum By Luma! the location was perfect, with a mall nearby for convenient shopping. And let's talk about the infinity pool - it offered breathtaking views of the Petronas Tower. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two families, and it had all the amenities we needed. the fully equipped kitchen and dining area were a bonus, along with the large TV and fast Wi-Fi. And with four aircon units, the apartment stayed cool even in the Malaysian heat. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Platinum Kuala Lumpur By Luma. The facilities exceeded our expectations, with easy parking and a central location. It only took us 5-10 minutes to drive to popular shopping destinations like Pavillion or KLCC. The view from the 51st floor, overlooking the city skyscrapers, was simply beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the condo, the new and fully-functional appliances, and the absence of any insects. The host, Ms. Ainee, was perfect – she was available, responsive, and always ready to help. We also enjoyed the infinity pool on the roof, which offered stunning views of Menara KL and other high-rise buildings. a fantastic experience!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk to the twin towers and in the center of town. We were able to easily explore the KLCC district with its modern restaurants, as well as conveniently visit the nearby shopping center. The room was spacious and clean, with modern facilities. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the city from our room.
